Essential Mentoring

Set aggressive revenue goals and understand how to measure your progress towards them?

Essential Mentoring with The Revenue Drive provides you with exactly that. This is a self-directed mentoring program which means that you work on your business and come to me for: advice, comments, feedback, guidance on next steps, and making course corrections. We will set aggressive revenue goals and measures and you’ll report on your progress towards them. We’ll discuss options such as “should I or should I not” introduce new offerings, make changes to existing offerings, increase your fees or prices and adjust your target markets. Once you’ve decided what to do, doing it will be up to you and I’ll discuss your progress with you.

The frequency of contacts, via email, phone and text is up to you. Some people talk with me weekly, others a couple of times per months and others as needed. I’ll return all phone calls and emails within agreed upon times.

The fee is $4,500 for the 4-month Essential Mentoring program. The fee is easily recouped through increased business and/or higher fees within the 4 month period. The fee is required to begin the process. The fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Structured Mentoring will help you.

We will set goals for the 6 month period of the Structured Mentoring program. You’ll be held accountable for completion of actions on the mutually agreed upon schedule. Accountability means we will not proceed until scheduled actions have been taken.

The Structured Program is recommended for those at any level of their career who feel the need for increased accountability and structure, Structured Mentoring is available for $7,500, payable in full in advance, no exceptions.
