Introduction
An introduction will be written specifically for your audience and emailed to you
and the designated introducer three days in advance.
AV requirements
- Wireless lavaliere microphone with audio recording capabilities (recording for my
personal use).
- Slide projector and screen only if needed for particular presentation
- Other equipment that may be needed: white board and markers
Doing business with Susan Trivers and Trivers
Communications Group
A contract or professional services agreement will be created for each engagement.
Included are the particulars such as date, time, type of program, location, audience
composition, title of program, goals for the presentation, responsibilities of the
organizer and of Susan Trivers, fee, materials to be provided (included or for additional
fee), covered expenses, and terms and conditions.
You can expect terms and conditions to include the following provisions: 60% of total
fee as a down payment, made immediately upon booking the date(s); 40% due no later than
on the date of the presentation. Expenses incurred in advance (typically air fare and
materials) will be added to the balance remaining and will be payable with the final
speaking fee payment. Other expenses will be invoiced after the event and will be due in
15 days.
