Why Would an Owner Ignore a Customer?

The HVAC/plumbing company got my business when they offered membership in their Concierge program. I loved the promise of special attention and priority scheduling.

Imagine my disappointment when these did not materialize when I needed bathroom repairs. Most disturbing was that the customer service rep lied to me, thinking I would be too ignorant to recognize it.

I wrote a letter to the owner. He never responded.

Now I’m going to find another company.

There are many HVAC/plumbing companies but not many caring ones.

It’s ridiculously easy to retain customers: just have average services and above average caring and you’re good.
